    MLG and androhard log

    Hey fella's
    I recently got some products from MLG and also have the chance to try a product from primordial performance called ANDROHARD.
    I want to run a log and show just how good each of these products are.
    The androhard will be ran for the first four weeks and possibly longer.
    It will be a benifit to help with keeping estro down along with bloat and give me more agression in the gym. As I learn more of the product I can give more precise answers of the effects.
    The basic cycle of MLG's items will be test cyp and tren E. I will also include a small dose of d-bol for the first four weeks.
    I want to run a 12 week cycle and I may do a bit of tweeking but what I have in mind is androhard at full dose for the first four weeks, approx 30mgs d-bol for the same period.
    The first week of test I will front load a additional pin of 500mgs along with another 500mgs. The tren I plan to keep around 300mgs per week.
    At week 8 I will up the test from the original 500 to perhaps 750.
    The last four weeks of the cycle I will once again run d-bol again at a light dose up till PCT starts.
    I want to add just a bit of deca throughout the cycle just for joint relief but will stop the deca and the tren at week 10.
    Arimadex will be my ai throughout and for the first four weeks I plan on .5mgs per day until I am done with the first round of d-bol then I will go by feel but I think I can drop back to .5mgs EOD.
    Cabergoline will be ran throughout @.5mgs 2x wkly.
    PCT will be two weeks after last pin of test and will be clomid and aromasin.
    HCG will be ran throughout starting at week 2 @ 500iu's 2x wkly and ran up till PCT begins.
    There may be some tiny tweeks as I will see how I do on the tren as I may be able to increase it somewhat.
    As soon as I recieve the androhard I will get going on this run.
    All other things are in hand and waiting.

    Just got a message from primordial performance and the androhard is on the way.
    Thats the only thing stopping me from getting this thing going.
    I'm pretty stoked. MLG's gear is top nothch I'm sure and adding androhard to the mix for the first four weeks and perhaps more should be a fun ride.
    Just a few more days fella's and I will be getting down to it.
    I'm already primed and eating a lot more and with this cooler weather it should be fairly easy to put on some size and increase strength.

    Thanks Matt & here to study.
    For the time being while I wait a few more days for a few things to arrive I thought I'd give you fella's a idea of the other supplements I take daily.
    B-6 which is good for the nervous system and can help with possible prolactrone sides if they come up.
    Melatonin sometimes at night to aid with sleep and when I start the tren this may be a benifit.LOL
    I take a half tab of pure caffeine prior to training.
    Bayer low dose 86mgs to help with keeping my blood a bit thinner.
    Super vitamin C
    Super mega max muti vitamin several times per day.
    Omega 1250 fish oil several times per day.
    The protein of choice is ON 100% gold standard whey several times per day.
    post workout I take two scoops of myozene whcih is a micronized protein mix and is quickly absorbed. It's great stuff.
    I like the gaspari super pump max 250 for training.
    I mix in a scoop of mega BCCA's.
    I spoon of glutamine.
    One spoon of craeatine mono hydrate.
    This is pretty much normal for me daily.
    On the protein drinks I do things a bit differant than a lot of folks.
    I add one or two cut up apples, 1 banana, some freash strawberries, 1 egg, creatine, Bcca's, glutamine and whole milk.
    This makes a very large blender full with three scoops of ON and I can drink it through out the day.
    If I consume all of it before the days out I take another scoop just with milk before bed.
    Sometimes before bed I eat cottage cheese with peaches as this is a slow digesting protein and way cheaper than buying caisine protein.
    The andro hard should arrive very soon fella's and after it gets here I will get all my stash out and put the plan on paper and get going.
    Everything is in hand and ready. I may make small changes as I go along but the original plan is pretty much what I want to stick to.
    I hope I get a lot of interest in this log as I promised Matt & MLG that I would be very honest and tell it like it is.
    I have complete faith in both products.

    Since the first week will be a front load of mon, wed & thurs I may have to wait till this coming monday.
    Ahhh...Piss on that idea I will just change the days of the week. It's all the same anyway.LOL

    So....Just checking in and let everyone know I am stoked.
    Today was legs and back. I hit it pretty hard and did so many sets of everything I was soaked.
    Cant wait to get on the test and tren train then we will talk a lot more about sweating I'm sure.
    Time to eat fella's, tomarrows a day off so maybe tomarrow will be the day for the androhard to arrive among a few other items then it's time. LOL

    Oh....On a side note I just included saw palmetto for prostrate health and I have cardura on hand(2mgs) for when my blood pressure begins to rise and I'm sure it will.LOL
    Perhaps I will want to break shit soon also.

    he he he.
    Yea my protein drinks are pretty massive but as I said with three scoops of ON 100% whey that alone gives me 72 grams of protein.
    I realize one cannot utilize more than 35 grams at a time so I drink on it throughout the day.
    Some before training, some after and some later. IF it's not all gone I finish it before bed. If it is I just make a light one with one scoop and whole milk.
    Some evenings I enjoy cottage cheese and peaches before bed. Same as caisein(kind of) slow digesting protein for feul while I sleep.
    I have tried many variations of protein drinks and this combo I came up with tastes the best and gives me carbs, protein and fills me up.
    And for a bit of extra calories I toss just a squirt of strawberry flavored syrup in. I know.....the sugars but it's extra calories that I seem to need to maintain.
    Everything I cook is in virgin olive oil and I have even been known to add a dash of that in my protein drinks.LOL

    Yes. This will be my first run with MLG products.
    But I have to tell you many of my friends have tried his items and all is good.
    He has hundreds of testamonials and is on several boards.
    Service has been exellant,fast ta and items look thin and tasty. From what I am told very smooth and very little PIP and dosed correctly.
    I have total faith in his items and yours.
    I'm anxious to get this thing rollin.
    Today was chest and shoulders. I did all my chest work with Db's with the exception of incline which I used barbell.
    All shoulder work was with db's. Worked ab;s quite a lot prior to training and am including stretching prior to training.
    I'm making improvements already so when I get on the shit things should increase nicely.
    I will get more precise very soon.Weighed in today after training and I was soaked. Weighed 201 which I hope to get to 225 within the next few months.

    I just recieved the androhard so it looks like monday will be a good time to get this thing rolling.
    I still have a few unanswered questions for MLG but I'm sure he will get back to me.
    This weekend I will put everything down on paper and get all items layed out just to triple check.
    With this cooler weather it will be much easier to eat all the meals I need and train my ass off.
    On the androhard it says 3-6 per day, I was thinking 4. Any thoughts on that Matt or would you prefer me to take the max dose of 6?
    By sunday I should post up more details on the exact cycle planned but it will be close to what I originally put up. I may switch a few things on the fly but we shall see.

    I recieved one bottle which is 168 jelcaps.
    This should give me a pretty fair idea of the product for the first month.I will get it all planned out sunday for sure on the dosages of all items.
    I may go with 4 but if Matt says 6 would be better I will go that route.
    It's real early and I'm heading off to train. Today will be bi's & tri's.
    I have a busy day so I need to get in early.

    Ironman, thanks for jumping in. I anticipate this to be a good log.
    Sunday I will work out all the details and have everything down on paper for exactly how I want to run everything.

    First pin in and androhard taken.
    Took 500mgs test cyp, androhard(4), .5mgs adex, 1 10mgs d-bol and I'm off to the gym.
    I will get in more detail later today but at this point no PIP and I'm hyped.
    Ready for a good routine.
    More d-bol as the day goes, I like split doses best.
