    EQ and joints HURT!

    First time with EQ I was banging MLG EQ at 750 a week......

    Left elbow(which has always giving me issues) errupted in pain.....

    Not sure if it was the EQ or not......... I was bangin test and sust.....

    Decided to let my left elbow heal while I induced some MLG Deca for some joint relief....


    Oh, And Of Course I have been banging MLG Test 750 a week....

    Trying to be pale and unjerked.... I prob need moar help with diet and form

    i dont believe eq caused that pain, i think the eq has made you alot stronger and you might be hurting yourself. infact theres alot to take into consideration here, your on a nice dose of test to, are you real strong, work out heavy, and intense ?? that could be factors, also how old are you ?? im 45 and thats a norm, you get use to those fucking pains, haha, their like wives, they;ll nag you constantly.

    and how about training principles, you do drops, pyramiding, burn outs, your training regimen has so much to do with it, i run deca for that very reason, i feel so much better on the deca, i can actually get up in the morning w/o all the sounds, haha,

    and ofcourse your diet, are you getting them fish oils in your body, omega six and oils from flax and nuts, keep in mind to cycle them too, they will thin your blood out, and testosterone does the same thing, it prevents the blood from clotting, so i try and go on and off those when im juicing it up.

    try motrin therapy for two weeks, ibuprofen is a anti inflammatory, it may help, thats my 2-cents 4-ya, you could of injured it recently too,
    good luck w/ it, yea if the deca dont help have doc look, c-ya,,

    I'm 27, my training is weak. I do alot of compound 5x5's. I have to try to cycle my vitamins and fish oils.

    I was under the impression EQ builds joints...

    Running Aromasin as well....

    I'd lay off the heavy weights. If i had to suspect, id say its the aromasin, not the EQ giving you the joint paint.

    Thinking the same thing... Its the pain fairly consistantly spread out. I know the feeling of overdoing and ai. It usually hurts kinda everywhere. I feel like an old man.

    these guys made good points, make your adjustmants like they said, and train one on one off for a little, or active rest, (light training), and deca works my friend, nandrolone salts work wonders in our bodys, do a little research, or self testing, haha, if your not injured per se;, then youll be waking up kicking your heels together again, hahaha

    Man I tore up my rt shoulder from test e only after stopping low dose tren by going from bench 315 for 10 to 365 for 3..1st rep felt a weird noise in my shoulder and lost strength, xrays don't show soft tissue so I may be okay, dropping to 20-30% weight and repping whatever doesn't hurt for quite some time so I going to lower test e and add 400 week EQ to get it all back stronger. Being 54 the test serum levels are 1275 with everything else midrange. This cruise is better then Tahiti

    hey bro, run some deca w/ your gear, i didnt know your 54yo. deca will help you in alot of ways, trust me on this.
    as for your shoulder, that was an injury, you heard a pop, you defiantly hurt your self in some way, so yea dont max out for awhile, and im 45 and feel like 60, i cant just throw weight around no more, you and i must get some serious warmup sets now, and maybe you will prevent that from happening again, i noticed after 40 i wasnt actually warmed up till i was half way threw a w/o, we would finash and then i was like hey i feel strong today and wanted to keep working out,

    i bought some good muscle rubs made with capsaizen, (like pepper spray ). i put it on my upper body b4 my w/o and i feel like im 25 again, it gets real warm, and gets me going through all the clicks, snaps and pops,

    hey dont push yourself ok, active rest works nice, you come back stronger, alot of guys dont change their work outs when they get on gear and they get injured, your tendons dont have the same blood flow as a muscle, so the muscle grows faster than the tendons and bang torn pecs, biceps and a list of injurys come with it, the body on steroids is in a anabolic state, the best training on gear is for hypertrophy, volume work, and reps, you wanna force the overload with reps, not weight necessarily. i do both, i pyramid and work up to heavy weight that day and go by how the body is responding that day, if its in the right mode ill go down to some low reps, after some 10, 8, 6, work, then i force blood in the muscle with some drop sets, giant sets or all the above, then rep it out, to failure, with the proper rest that training makes me respond with size and strength, we work all the differant muscle fibers, and theyll grow, i was always ectomorphic and lean, a true hard gainer, and had to stay in a intense type of training, not heavy per say, but to failure, straight sets done nothing, and on gear we gotta take advantage of the positive nitrogen balance, dont just jump on that heavy weight, that way you can train long term my friend.

    everytime i got injured i lost my gains and had to start over, gotta train smarter, not harder, you got a real good bench, especially for your age, you wanna stay injury free, i always believed in heavy weight, till a friend who always just got bigger, showed me some rep w/o;s squats of 50, bench of 25, its no walk in the park. let me tell you !! and some say to cycle the weight, reps of ten for an alotted time lets say 2 weeks, then 8 for 2 weeks, then 6 for 2 weeks then 43 then hit your maxes and start again, more a power routine but its good to schock the body to diff things, it adapts to well, some guys switch up every 30 days, but at our age we do have more paitence these days so long term goals arew good for training, i was just shooting the shit with ya, good luck with your training my friend.

    Lower your test that might help testosterone increases protein synthesis by roughly 50 times depending on dose and time but decreases collagen synthesis by 50-80% and collagen makes tendons. Eq increases skeletal muscle and at 3mg/kg will increase collagen synthesis by 340% so I read. So maybe drop the test and let the other compounds do more work. I've used MLGs Eq as well as tren e, dbol, winstrol felt all products were on point.

    Alright guys, nice work. I?m on 300 test e e5d and have been for 11 weeks and I did a low dose 100 e5d tren e for about 6 weeks up to 2 weeks ago. How much should I lower the test to....like 100 e5d? I have more tren but I don?t like it, makes me jealous and other ed things...sucks. I just started eq at 200 e5d with the test, Going with Bones on the high rep sets with low weights and already dropped a few lbs in 2 weeks. Added 2000 iu vit e, 1000 iu vit c, 1000 iu vit d3, 500mg stinging nettle for progesterone. I?m concentrating on squats since my bench is on the fritz and that?s working well. Diets high protien low carb and mostly complex carbs however I do enjoy some beers...lol
