not sure if i just ordered at a bad time... i feel like im annoying them buy ordering lol...

i paid monday night. got a "got it" tuesday.

wed i asked whats the status. i got 'tom'

i assume that means tomorrow? its been 3 words since i paid lol...

so now its 2 days later and never got a confirm about shipping... getting a little worried. im not seeing the AWESOME customer service yet....

first order was awesome all the way around... but that was last year... decided to come back.

i will be posting bw monthly.... and running a log...

if i raved about how 'lightening fast' the communication was you wouldnt be knocking me. but im being honest. 3 words since my money was collected. just expected a more friendly professional communication for a returning client lol. and still dont know if its in the mail yet. just saying. been in the game a long time.

im relaxed. just curious if this is the norm here... i was lead to believe something different than im currently experiencing is all this amounts to...

just received a polite email saying it shipped today. perfect. thanks mlg. sorry if i caught you guys in a busy time. i just call things as i see them. but thank you for getting back to me :)

I think everyone including my self thinks so highly of him is that the best communication is no communication at all. There is no need...I typically get my pak in such a short time I don't have time to fret. I don't have time to ask him for tracking numbers ect.

Exactly... MLG is stand up guy and takes care of business. If you are looking for quality gear you came to the right place, but if you are looking for a pen pal, you should look else where... lol

Hey Crank, just wanted to chime in. Once M sends you the "got it", means he has all the info and the ball is rolling. If there was a prob he would let you know, he has when there was a prob with my order. Hes a stand up guy and good businessman. As my Bro said, welcome back to the pound!
