Trying to get in contact with a rep about an issue
Placed an order with MLG about four days ago. sent XXXX XXXXX info and everything. He responded with him not being able to retrieve the money. After a few emails, I haven't received any contact from him. I have proof that the money was sent to the right person and everything. The order was a sizable amount and I don't want it just wasted. How can I get in contact with MLG or a rep to work on this? I've heard great things about the customer service, so I'm hoping this can be fixed.
