my status is shipped hopefully it arrives anyday now

wow these guys aren't lieing when they say 3 weeks for order.In 2 day's makes 3 weeks and still no order.Hopefully I get my shit soon

You will get your stuff, they always come through.

I believe it's 21 days from what it's shipped. You said it shipped on the 15th so it hasn't been 2 weeks yet.

actually it shipped on the 8th I just was busy and didnt post it untill the 15th

mine was the 18th it went out 21 days is gonna suck.... how is costumes now a days.....

^^customs in ny could careless. unless there new and love sending and doing paperwork. 4th time got me again, after 10 yr break.

I got the shipped email on the 2nd. Still nothing in the mailbox today. I really wish they gave tracking!


Edit: I just looked at the website and it says you can request tracking after 15 days. Maybe they will send me that and I can either find out it's close or stop checking the damn mail everyday expecting it.

It was July, I placed the order on the 29th of June. Here's the reply I received when I asked for tracking info:

"July orders were delayed and will be arriving around 2 weeks later than usual"

That is something they should have already told me. I also didn't get any tracking info, so I sent another request.

somtimes its one week somtimes its 3. thats CUSTOMES and POSTAL NOT the service.

therte is no control of that no matter WHERE you go.

normally it only takes 1 week 90% of the time for me.

I didn't get tracking, but at least the request was finally addressed. He said he didn't have updated tracking for July orders. The bad news is, last week the story was 2 weeks late. Today the message says total of 35-40 days, so an extra 14 to 19 days on top of 21. I understand stuff happens. I just want the damn tracking!

this sucks still no damm gear 5 week's later.I don't think I will be placeing another order with these guy's unless they hook it up

i dont know legend, 35 days is a long time not to get anything. dont want to make you feel bad but if they told you its going to be real late if not customs might of grabbed it. just my take on it. but then again iam customs best customer to get u with a lousy 100 tabs. fuckers.

My first order with them came through. Although it took a little over 2 months! First one never came, they resent, then I got a customs letter, they resent again and I finally got that one. Seemed like an eternity though! Sitting and waiting for the mail to come everyday is torture!! Since that, Iv'e taken my business elsewhere with much better luck and not one letter yet!

This was my first and last order w/ naps...

Just hope it gets here eventually.... Already made another order elsewhere...

Have you contacted anyone with naps? They are great guys and I sure something wrong is going on.

I won't deny they are great guys. And since they are a sponsor here, I won't say anything bad. Maybe they are just really busy or backed up? But, Iv'e only seen one rep on here for them. He started his first post about a good month or so ago and has only made 3 posts. I was happy with the gear I recieved. Just wish it could have came a little quicker. Iv'e recieved orders in as little 6 days. 8-9 days internationally. I will agree with whoever said you have to plan way in advance for your cycle if ordering from naps.

Same here. Going on 5 weeks. Still nothing. Got the same info from NAPS regarding two week delay on top of the 2-3 weeks and no tracking info available. Next time I will also go with another supplier. 5 weeks is simply unacceptable.
