Order Date: Friday 15 October, 2010
The status shows it was shipped October 20.
However the order has not arrived in over a month AND A HALF.
Also no custom letter has been received.
The estimated time of arrival is 21 days after shipment
thats why there is room for concern.

Also, I sent multiple customer service tickets.
Every time they say....
"We had some ticket issues, if you submitted a ticket and didn't receive a reply, please submit another ticket to us and we will answer promptly.

I placed an order on the 10th of November and the first shipment never arrived nor did I receive a letter from customs. My experience with Naps C.S. however has been good. They responded to every ticket within 24 hrs. and resent on the 16th of December. Still waiting on the resend obviously, but I am confident they'll come through.

if it said shipped, it was shipped. yours got snagged. Could have been at cstms, could have been a mail carrier (yes it happens). Naps will resend. You will get it. GX is on the case and he will take care of you.

I got gear seized before it took 3 months to get the letter.
Do not argue with an idiot, he will drag you down to his level and beat you with experiance.
