Thread: After 10 weeks and 1 re-shipment...NAPS COMES THRU!!!

Cool but your math is wrong. It is impossible to have waited ten weeks if you ordered in December bro.

yeah, i kinda feel ya, but still. . . .

if you ordered mid december (call it the 10th) and it came TODAY, that's notthat bad... it would be only like 6/7 weeks to get QUALITY shit from the other side of the world.

i know alot of other labs ship quicker, but realize this; THERE IS A REASON! ! !

i would sacrifice speed/quantity for QUALITY any day. . .

plan ahead and allow plenty of time. sit back & chill. . .

understand you are dealing with the BEST in the business.

Yeah, I was a bit off. I actually ordered November 6th. Just checked my western union to make sure. That adds up, right? Off hand, I just remembered I was waiting for it during the holiday season and that's why I kinda understood the delay. Thanks for the math lesson tho.

I completely agree with you. And considering it needed to be re-shipped, it's very understandable. It took about one month from date of re-shipment. It was definitely worth the wait and I'm grateful they have such a great policy. I'm not knocking them at all. I just want people to know it's not uncommon for shipping to take a bit and to just be patient and not give up hope or loyalty to Naps. I would never sacrifice quality for anything and considering price isn't one of the things needed to sacrifice with Naps, time is easily acceptable. I'm just psyched to have a solid supplier now.

I wish i could get a reshipment or at least a tracking number, i order on december 14. and my order was split into 2 packages. it was awesome, i got my first package in 10 days, it had more in it then the 2nd package that was said to be shipped out 2 days later, and its January 25th and i still have not recieved it or a tracking number. How do i figure out if it got help at the post office, or what can i do. I keep being told to wait 1 more week, what do you guys think? did it get seized or what do you think?? thanks guys. i still have faith in naps.

That's kinda strange but it could happen. And it has been around six weeks. They are busy I'm sure, but have you tried submitting a ticket? That's what I did and when they replied to it via email, I just kept communicating to them through email. I received awesome customer service from them and everything was all good eventually.

submit a ticket on the site. also try to contact the rep here, GXR64.

I have done both those things. I just been told that its sent regular mail to the states and it could take this long and regular mail does not have tracking numbers. I keep getting told, now for the second week to wait one more week. But I don't see how the first package came in 10 days, from out of the country, to the same place the second package is coming to, and there is a 5 week difference. Where would a package sit for 5 weeks if its still going to get delivered? Ughh

believe it or not, I've had that EXACT same thing happen to me. Both came...just about 5 weeks apart.
