    Geneza...

    hey anyone else use the GP dbol? was curious as to when gains in size were seen, pretty much looking for any feedback anyones had. im currently on day 7, days 1-5 30mg and now im up to 40mg for the rest of the time ill be on it. havent noticed much as far as size, strength gains have been a little noticable, and pumps are insane. i feel like ive been force feeding but hope someone can chime in here.

    It's starting to do it's job then bro dbol full effects are around 12-14 days in days 1-5 you should at least be getting the pumps like you said you have lol, it's not a magic bean that's gonna make you blow up over night

    I agree - day 7 is a little early to be noticing gains. 2 full weeks i'd say

    After the dbol, give the anavar a try also. The anavar is great. You should be feeling stronger already with the dbol though. The GP line is VERY potent.

    eating right indeed. i feel bloated 24/7 lol. meats, grains, pasta's, rice, carbs, protein...num num num num

    i have noticed strength gain. im not too big on the idea of anavar because of the price and amount of pills in a pack. but a question, do you think its beneficial to run a cycle half/half on mass and cut? like start with a dbol and end with a winstrol for example. or would it be better to have a mass cycle and a cut cycle seperate. ive seen a lot of people start mass gaining and end cutting, but never post an end result, just the fact theyre running it.

    have you used the GP anavar personally? im gonna be running it with my prop cycle for 6 weeks at 70mg ed. if so, could you give some details on it?

    Whats the average time frame before you start seeing strength gains from dbol...im taking 40mg days 1-5 then 50mg from there on, with 500mg test E per week. just started 3 days ago, so im not expecting anything right now, just wondering.

    GP is the best UG out right now for tabs and injects. I feel it within a week, but I generally run 60mg (or more to start).

    Wrekem, I used it last cycle on its own. I ran it at 50mg ED then went up to 60mg ED near the end of the cycle. Didn't notice much for the first 10-14 days then it came on like a madman. Couldn't walk very far due to the intense shin pumps lol. Felt bloated for around 2 weeks, eating was a chore but if forced it gets better. After 2 weeks eating was fine and I never felt bloated in the slightest. Crazy pumps and good recovery times.

    I Never really had major problems with Gyno either, when I began pushing 60mg I had itchy nipples and stuff but nolva at 20mg ED sorted that issue out before it became a problem. The only problem I really had with it was pissing lots, I had to plan my journeys around toilets, anything more than 25 mins was asking too much of my bladder for some reason, IDK I just kept pissing constantly. I kept dosing mine at even intervals morning, mid morning, afternoon, evening and bedtime. Taking them with food or without food I rarely noticed any difference.

    GP dbol is super legit. It takes a week or so to really hit hard.

    My opinion, you either bulk or you cut. The reason I say this is that they require two different mentalities. Bulking requires you to really think about heavy ass training, eating until you are sick some meals, shakes every two hours, on and on.

    Cutting requires you to manage training and meals at the opposite end of the spectrum, adding cardio, different ideas are running through your head.

    I was gonna do a Masters show a couple of years ago, made up my mind and was gonna do it. But when it came time to go into "contest" prep mode, I said fuck it. I couldn't change the mental gears needed to do it.

    Just my .02 cents.

    Depends on the person cause i start feeling effects 4 hours after i take my first and start seeing results in 1 week at 50 mg a day

    im running 40mg right now (days1-4) then upping it to 50. Today is day 4, so tomorrow ill up it to 50. Been taking 20 in the morning, 10 in the afternoon, then 10 at night. is there a specific way thats better to take it, or as long as you keep your levels up your good?

    Edit: Also, does anyone ever get headaches while on GP dbol?

    oh so true,,i competed when i was a young stallion,,and i tell you what,,the weight and curcuit was the easy part,,its the dieting that will get you,,,when you diet down,,you lose strenght energy,,etc,,just the mental focus it takes to keep on track is an a, heroic one.

    To be honest, no I never got headaches with GP d-bol but I am however getting major headaches with the GL d-bol.
