
Well my package is going on 6 or 7 weeks and still nothing. I PM one of the reps but didn't get a reply. On the site I made a gmail account so I could communicate with naps but for the last 4 days when I try to submit a ticket or read what the response was for my last ticket the customer support page is down. Any help would be nice

Ususally thurs night thru monday money they wont reply, wait till monday afternoonish and they worry about it buf. BTW if your gonna create an email account just for your goods i would go with hushmail, its a semi secure email they doesnt block there replys
