Can't add payment info to my naps order?

    Can't add payment info to my naps order?

    This was my first Naps purchase, but I am pretty sure I covered everything. I went through the checkout process, then sent the money..but when I went back to the naps site my order history is empty and says I have not made any purchases. Any ideas? I can't sent pms on here since I don't have enough posts.

    maybe you deleted the order?

    you can make a new order for the same stuff and same dollar amount and enter in the payment info for that order. i think that would work, cuz they only process paid orders.

    maybe rep will let u know if thats a good idea or not

    Thanks for the tip. I was confused because it still showed my order in my shopping cart...Literally about two minutes ago, I went ahead and checked out a second time and everything went through. Maybe a hiccup or I forgot something. Either way, all seems good now. Now time to play the waiting game!
