    shipping procedure? tracking number?

    first time ordering from naps. i have ordered from other sources in the past and the order/shipping procedure was much different. other source took credit cards and it was shipped to my house in a couple weeks. i keep reading about naps giving you a tracking number weeks after it is shipped. does this mean u have to sign for the package? and why does it take weeks to get the tracking number after it was already shipped? can someone please elaborate on this a bit so i can understand what to expect? also if naps estimates 12 business days for delivery at this point, is it likely to arrive before that estimate or after? im sure other first time customers will have the same questions. thanks.

    you can request a tracking number 15 business days after its been shipped. business days meaning monday-friday. shipping take any where from 14 to 30 business days. naps gear is very good so just be patience on shipping times just order ahead of time
