Thread: Update about naps gear shipping

waiting on 8 weeks here, hopefully my package comes in soon... lol

understood. im in on 6 now. But BELIEVE ME when i say, it was DEFINATELY not naps fault haha soooooo far from it. i do not work for them in any way. infact if you were to go on eroids you would see i was putting them down for a while but after learning this new information I truly disregard all that i said about them. this wait is NOT NAPS FAULT. So far from it. its unfortunate that i cannot disclose the information that was passed onto me as i am sure it would help everybody stressing understand its not their fault but i already gave my word as to not say anything. give it the two more weeks they are issuing and i am almost 100% sure either your TN will update or you will receive the gear.

I find it hard to believe that someone in the company is gonna say anything to a nobody that has only ordered once from them. A post like this just gonna stir up shit that is not gonna help anyone....IMO

As you stated that is only your opinion. and I do understand where you are coming from with that because I haven't been on this board all that long. but calling me a nobody? Im pretty sure were all nobody's depending on the context of the discussion. It was a rep on a site who disclosed this info towards me because i was giving Naps a hard time on Eroids. one of the many reps (not saying which) basically told me in so little words the actual problem they were having. why me you ask? because I gave my personal word that the problem will not be discussed outside of our convo and obviously he trusted me. at the end of the day how many times I have ordered is not relevant to this context. like I said, if the info which I was told is true, the packages should start arriving and the TN's updating in the next couple weeks. Im just passing on what was told to me by somebody higher up after bitching and moaning about the shipping for so long. believe me if you were told what I was you'd understand its not naps fault. Its def the postal service that they are using to ship out thru.

To my knowledge naps is down and all these issues will be resolved once they are back up.

OK, one more time. There were some serious shipping issues which caused packs to take way to long to get delivered. This problem is now resolved (don't ask, it's not gonna be talked about). Needless to say, late packs will be arriving in the next 2 weeks and orders will be arriving within the stated T/A time on the website once we are back up and running. Orders already placed should also arrive in 2-3 weeks.

Kwabby should not be flamed for posting what he did, he broke no rules and put nothing out there he shouldn't have.

Remember, GXR64 and myself are here to help and answer questions. We do this because we give a shit about you and about Naps.

So just chill out and wait for those beautiful packs to start arriving, I know I am waiting on mine.

^^^those^^^ and I cant wait for this sale. In all honesty, a sale with Naps is basically a sale within a sale because naps prices are already considered a sale compared with alot other sources. If shipping time truly fixes when they reopen, there is nothing to compare them too.

yeah im on 6 going on 7. For me the hardest part actually is not seeing my TN update I dont care if it moved from one room to the next, as long as it moved and it was recorded! lol all this waiting must be what Jaycee Lee Dugard's mother felt like...

I'm hoping to post some good news in there very soon. Still waiting patiently though. Thanks for the good news, the communication on this site is very nice which makes the long wait a little more bearable. Hopefully I can salvage whats left of the summer.

cant wait, ive placed a couple orders with naps and always been happy with the quality of the gear. and there orals are some of the best in the game in my opinion. only thing is shipping i slacking a little but im sure they will get it right now since they are fixing it. cant wait to order again once the site is up

I know it sucks waiting for stuff, I'm about as impatient as a person can be, but shipping issues are resolved and T/A times should see great improvement moving forward. Once that happens, with the great prices Naps has and the sale that is gonna happen, it is going to be great.

So give those packs a few more days, and when they arrive please post up so we know. Just be careful how much information you reveal for your safety and that of Naps.
