This was posted on another site that another one of my reps works on, figured i would post it here for you all to read and understand too.
It seems by some of the comments here as if you guys have already been told by members of our staff what is going on, but that it isn't good enough and the flames and conspiracies and allegations are going to continue regardless until the orders start arriving, and we understand that. And those who are cynical and on here saying that everything we say is BS and seem to think they have it all figure out and are really laying it on hard to make us out to be the worst source ever are not going to stop flaming us until their order is in their hands. I suspect most of them will then fade away, never returning to admit that they were wrong or that the tracking we originally gave them was in fact the tracking that was on the package when they received it. That's fine. We know the truth, and we know that it was something that happened beyond our control and that we are doing what is possible to correct it and that we are doing the right thing by not accepting new orders until we are 100% sure it was corrected. Those of you who say we knew about it while accepting orders have no idea what you're talking about. It's easy to be a keyboard expert when you aren't even in the same continent that these things are occurring in. We thought everything was fine and orders were being shipped as they always have been, then very recently, we discovered that they were never leaving the postal hub. So something had to be done to find a resolution to this, and something is being done to find a resolution to this, and we believe one has been reached. We are not going to post the details in the open, I've already said far more than should have to be said, because honestly it jeopardizes everyone's order by posting such details. But whatever, you say you want an honest answer about what's going on, you're getting it. If that's not good enough for you, then I'm sorry. There will still those on here telling everyone that the orders are never coming, that we are lying, that we took orders for products we couldn't ship blah blah blah... lot's of internet heroes who know everything without actually knowing shit. These people will soon be eating their words. I'm not going to come back here and keep posting, because it's pointless and at this point we all at Napsgear realize that the only solution to this problem is getting everyone's order in their hands as soon as possible and making sure that future orders arrive without delay, so that is where our effort is going right now, towards actually fixing the problem instead of talking about it in circles on forums full of people who are still going to flame us regardless of what we say. Actions speak louder than words, so we are focusing on action now, the action of getting the packages to their destination. So continue on with this, and we will continue on doing what we are doing, and in the end, everyone will be taken care of.
