This was posted on another site that another one of my reps works on, figured i would post it here for you all to read and understand too.It seems by some of the comments here as if you guys have already been told by members of our staff what is going on, but that it isn't good enough and the flames and conspiracies and allegations are going to continue regardless until the orders start arriving, and we understand that. And those who are cynical and on here saying that everything we say is BS and seem to think they have it all figure out and are really laying it on hard to make us out to be the worst source ever are not going to stop flaming us until their order is in their hands. I suspect most of them will then fade away, never returning to admit that they were wrong or that the tracking we originally gave them was in fact the tracking that was on the package when they received it. That's fine. We know the truth, and we know that it was something that happened beyond our control and that we are doing what is possible to correct it and that we are doing the right thing by not accepting new orders until we are 100% sure it was corrected. Those of you who say we knew about it while accepting orders have no idea what you're talking about. It's easy to be a keyboard expert when you aren't even in the same continent that these things are occurring in. We thought everything was fine and orders were being shipped as they always have been, then very recently, we discovered that they were never leaving the postal hub. So something had to be done to find a resolution to this, and something is being done to find a resolution to this, and we believe one has been reached. We are not going to post the details in the open, I've already said far more than should have to be said, because honestly it jeopardizes everyone's order by posting such details. But whatever, you say you want an honest answer about what's going on, you're getting it. If that's not good enough for you, then I'm sorry. There will still those on here telling everyone that the orders are never coming, that we are lying, that we took orders for products we couldn't ship blah blah blah... lot's of internet heroes who know everything without actually knowing shit. These people will soon be eating their words. I'm not going to come back here and keep posting, because it's pointless and at this point we all at Napsgear realize that the only solution to this problem is getting everyone's order in their hands as soon as possible and making sure that future orders arrive without delay, so that is where our effort is going right now, towards actually fixing the problem instead of talking about it in circles on forums full of people who are still going to flame us regardless of what we say. Actions speak louder than words, so we are focusing on action now, the action of getting the packages to their destination. So continue on with this, and we will continue on doing what we are doing, and in the end, everyone will be taken care of. been using naps for while now,always get it,,one of my 2 orders out right now is late,,dont matter i know its coming,a while back when i first started using them i had an order late by a wek or to,,i broke balls to get a reship,,2 weeks later i get the original order,,1 week later i got the reship.i tried to pay for it ,,and naps said no worry keep it,,thanks for being a good customer..![]()


Thanks for posting this GXR. Ok fellas, there it is straight from the boss, what happened and that it is now fixed and your packs will be to you asap. We are still here to help in any way we can, answer questions and such, but know that as far as pack info, they are on their way and will arrive shortly. Thank you to all of you who are patiently waiting, we all appreciate that.

That is a pretty stand up thing are doing for the guys as far as not taking new orders. I will let you know first thing when mine arrives. Still patiently waiting.


It was the best thing to do for the customer. Naps could have kept taking money and could have said to hell with shipping issues and soon they would have been gone. But they put the customer first and did the absolute right thing for us, the customer. I know now that I picked the right company to rep for, and I know when packs start arriving and the store reopens that Naps will be right back on top. So as we have stated, have a bit of patience, that's all we can ask. And thanks for understanding and staying loyal.

I was told this 6 days ago, am I now approaching the second week?
The website and support does not exist anymore, no tracking information has appeared either from the reps or support, all we hear are 'another two weeks'
FROM WHEN?
Somebody must know when they are shipped, are they tracked?
Anothert two weeks is not acceptable, could be another two weeks but it could be tomorrow! WHO KNOWS?

i still don't understand. why exactly does it take so long for naps to deliver while other sponsors take only up to a week?? not bashing or anything. you guys are a great sponsor. but why so long? O.o


Fellas, the issue was not with Naps not sending your pack, there was another issue at the point of origin with the shipping agency (I'm not saying anymore) that has now been fixed. Packs that Naps had sent were not moving, they found out why and took action to get them moving again, which they are.
Again, I know how frustrating this is. I waited a long ass time for a pack from another sponsor and it sucked. But trust Naps guys, they will deliver. And once the last pack is sent, the shop will open and there will be new products and a huge sale to show people that Naps does give a damn about its customers.

I was just on the website about 5 minutes ago, it is still there. They are just not taking any new orders until ALL of those that have orders in receive their packs. And support is still there as well, they have not disappeared.
Packs are moving, they are on the way. How long it takes is subject to where you are located, your countries customs, your local post office. If Naps sends it and it hits your home soil in 5 days but sits in customs for 2 weeks, you gonna blame Naps? No, I wouldn't either. But your pack, all of your packs are en route.

ok I was told today by slick willy that I should give it 7-10 more days. (granted this is a month after being told to give it 2 more weeks).
What are we going to do when the packages don't show up after this newly established waiting period? err...I mean IF...what are we going to do IF they don't show up?
Am I being guaranteed that they will be here by the 5th of August?
