one question about the shipping problem
So, i've been active on the ticket system website and from what i have gathered from CS is that,
"we have discovered uncounted packages had been backed up in the ***** Hub postal."
" there was a hold up at a postal facility in *****."
"delayed in the ****** postal hub"
etc.
now they also say that they release the packages little by little to avoid being suspicious.
My question is now, how are you controlling at what pace the packages are being released from the postal hub?
just wondering.
