we are feeling your growing frustrations and want to help you through this process. One is so you will know first hand that we are committed to you and will be right there along side you until you get your goodies and many years after that. Shipping, catching up and order of precedence are some the factors that are out there right now for you all to chew. We know eveyone is so freaking frustrated of hang in there, its coming, no much longer but that is the reality and Naps along with all the reps are working tirelessly to keep the vials flowing. However we can only do what is available for us to do. Which is track orders once it has been shipped and it has a trackiing number, establish a re-ship if customer non-arrival is not due to their fault, help look up where they are in the time of shipment. Does this suck, yes it does bros/sisters but know we are taking all this very very serious and wil be right there along side you through this. However once ordes make their in please post up them pics and we will call it a day. There is continual communication with Naps and the issues are being resolved as fast as possible. I know my brother. We are trust me. GXR64 along with the other reps are mowing through the pm's and orders to get things back to where they "should be". Hopefully by the end of the month all will be running smooth. We are here to help and stay!!!
