Question for naps reps.

This is probably a long shot, but here goes. I have 3 bottles of Geneza test cyp. I have had them in my safe for around 6-8 months. Me and a buddy purchased these close to a year ago and they were left over from my cycle. I pulled them out today to do a inventory for my next cycle to see what else I need to purchase and to my surprise they have crystals in them. Not small ones but it is growing on the sides of the bottle. I respectfully asking NAPs to stand behind their product and allow me to exchange them out. I have read up on this and it looks like with some work it can be manipulated with some warm water, but to be honest I get so worried of sterility and I hate the thought of putting this into my leg. Chances are it will be alright, but its still sorta weighs on my mind. I will post pics and mail back if needed.

BTW I hope no one takes this as shit talking. The initial order process was fine. My first cycle with them I had great results and it was legit. This just seems to happen.

If there's crystals or shards on the bottom or on the sides, more than likely its crashed-- which might be the case sitting that long.

Yeah, pretty sure that's the case.

it's crashed, still good to go though just warm it up.. it's your fault for waiting that long... naps doesn't owe you shit lol your request is unreasonable.

I have not said once that I'm entitled. It's just a request from a customer. And in all fairness they do put an expiring date on these bottles which hasn't passed yet. I like to plan ahead and keep more than needed just in case. I'm sure I'm not the only one that purchases more than one cycle at a time.

in all fairness, the gear hasn't expired.. it just crashed. it actually means the gear is legit, they used to have a "crash test" for gear where users would stick it in the fridge to make it crash so they'd have an understanding regarding the quality.

Take the vial and put it into a medium sauce pan w/ about an inch of water. Don't put the vial in already boiling water. After it comes to a medium boil and heats the vial, take a pin a stick it down in the vial while heating. Take the pin out of stopper then shake the F out of it, put back in a warm place and check the next day. Should be gtg! I've had some test crash recently where I couldn't bring it around to hold, so this isn't a sure thing, but never the less worth a shot. Like SD said, the gear is legit but doesn't always bind back together in some cases, even if its gtg.. Good luck

Not a rep, but...your gear is fine bro. You stored it at too cool of a temp and it "crashed" (nothing wrong with it). Heating it in shallow water in a saucepan should fix it. Your gears will be fine.

LOL @ exchanging it!!! You're participating in an illegal drug trade bro. You can't just send this stuff back to your source like you bought it at Wal-Mart or amazon.com. Do you think the return addresses they're using are real? If you could send it back, don't you think the source would have been busted by now? Fucking-A! What is it with people that don't get this?

This, heat it up it should be fine. nothing wrong with it besides improper storage.
