    First time ordering. Is this normal.

    Ive put a order in on Feb 5th and it was shipped the 9th. Landed and scanned in Ny on Feb 14th. Still their is no scan no movement.Ive put a ticket in with naps and they respond right away and it looks like a waiting game which Is the hard part.All my buddies use naps and they said nothing but positive things regarding them .First time ordering I feel like a kid waiting for christmas. Any one have simalar deal. What do ya do next? Thanks

    Yeah that's too long in customs I would expect a seizure letter at some point. Really NBD but that order isn't going to show up.

    Don't be surprised if you don't get a seizure notice. I've had my order "disappear" before with no notice, and Naps still made good on the re-ship.
