Well I suppose you are right, when you compare it to the days of the shipping delays. But that was only temporary and remember a good many posts before & after. I was a customer all through that time and never experienced a hiccup. In fact, I happened to get a re-ship of an Andromix order I got like 6 months prior! Was that ever a pleasant surprise! Naps made sure to fix everything for everybody, even orders received just to make certain! Now that's a stand-up company.
