First off I want to say GXR is a hell of a rep and good guy. Sometimes you get reps who act like they don't want to help the customer. There was a small issue on Naps side and being that there system is so straight to the point can be hard to reach. Thats when I contacted GXR and he sorted the issue in 2 days. So I would like to thank Naps and a big thank you to GXR for being stand up and doing what's right.
I still need GXR help just a little if he doesn't mind to make sure I understand exactly what I'm suppose to do, but that is something to take to PM. Thanks
One more big thanks to GXR without you I don't think I would've got this sorted on my on! And thanks to Naps to stand up!!
also any of you guys have issues talk to GXR first before stirring the pot,it works out better for both parties.
