If you read into the article, they are talking about college-aged kids & their parents calling professors if the kid gets a bad grade? WTF? How about "we're not paying your tuition if your grades suck". How's that for a supportive parent encouraging the student to do better? Goddam this country is turning into a bunch of effing pussies. As if that isn't bad enough, when the 180 degree rebound hits when it gets bad enough, its going to be a friggen police state. At what point is "personal responsibility" not a good message for your kids?
