This whole thing stinks. How many links in the chain failed for the implementation of a simple fucking website to be so fucked up. This was a 10 man project. They probably spent millions on it. How the fuck can Americans expect the government to do anything right, if they can;t do something this fucking simple.
I am for universal healthcare, or at least changes in the current system, but it is a little scary to think that regulation is under the same umbrella that oversaw the production of the piece of shit website supporting it.
I thought the article was funny when making reference to the fact that porn sites support more users and operate almost seamlessly with those users. In a few seconds, I can get a list of all titles from between 1986 and 1989 staring pornstars with red hair who do anal and takes money shot to the face. I can then stream it for a price, and I am happy with the service.
Maybe They should hire porn site developers to come fix their shitty site for them.
