right now im doing 1 muscle a week and starting tomorrow, i do legs and after that i go back to 1 muscle group a day.
Like biceps wait 4 hours back
Chest wait 4 hours shoulders
I am starting a weight lifting unit in gym in my school and the only way i can do a full work out is to split it up like that. Will it work out ok or should i just switch to a 1 muscle a day workout for a month?

I would train back first, then train biceps later (typically train the bigger and stronger muscles first)

Hitting the back will hit the biceps indirectly. Beauty is by the time I get to biceps 50lb db curls is more than enough.
Put up a sample of your workout and maybe some constraints of time/equipment.

just curious, what is your training experience and progress?
i have been training hard over a year now with great results
sample work out:
bench press
decline bench press
incline bench press
dumbbell flies
pull over
i will have to wait 4 hours then
upright rows
latt flies
Arnold press
and one i made up that has no name
also for some reason i prefer to do bies before back i always have

You need to break out of your rut if you want gains. Im not a huge huge fan of one muscle group per day, but thats me.
Shoulders/tris
Legs
Chest
Back/biceps
That is a good starting routine for you to follow. My back days are so brutal that I tend to split bicep to its own day.

The only bad workout is the one you don't do. I see no problem, depending on your goals, for split workouts.
Worst case, give it a shot. Maybe you'll hate it, maybe you'll love it. I wouldn't do it because I don't have the time. If I had the time id live in the gym.
