I'm 6' and 140lbs.
I eat all day and gain no weight.
I don't gain much from working out(at least my workout)
Is it a realistic goal for me to try to gain a lot of muscle?
If so what are some good tips for doing so?
I'm on a very limited budget.

or eat the same and stop all physical activity, but I think eating more would be a better idea

I want to gain it in all muscle though. What would be a good diet, Or workout program?

i think you are lucky to stay skinny while you eat a lot...i don't see it as a bad thing at all.....just eat normally you don't want to gain weight in fat it would be ridiculous and unhealthy. eat well but do not eat junk. eat lots of carbs 2 hours before workout , and protein and fruits (fructose) after workout. gaining muscle will not happen in a day or 2, it is a lifestyle...so you have to be convinced of making bodybuilding a lifestyle. results will come, be patient and most importantly do not rely on any drug, there are no shortcuts.

Thank you for the advice bjg!!!!

It depends on what you eat mainly. And what lifts do you do? Going to the gym and just doing isolation exercises won't really build muscle.

your new to the gym just lift and eat. If your on a budget, oats, chicken, eggs, brown rice can all be bought really cheap. Milk as well normally i stay away from milk but being that your skinny it would be better for you to spend your money on food and a gym pass then an over priced whey.
