Well lately in basketball practice, we've been running a lot and on monday we ran for 2 miles non stop, while i was running my rib started hurting and everyone was telling me that it was because i dont drink water and they were saying that it'll go away when i stop, but then when i got home the pain was still there and today is wednesday and it still hurts... what should i do? Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
