I stumbled across this site randomly by googling 110kg female trying to lose weight (random I KNOW) and found a thread between another 110kg woman and someone by the name of BUILT which was great cos it really got me interested reading the whole thread. Anyways, I'm turning 35 this year and have had 5 boys in the last 6 years and have gotten to a crazy weight obviously for ME being 110kgs @ 5'7. I joined the gym and go 6 days a week, doing half hour on cardio then do some weights, upper one day then lowers the next but am really determined to lose weight in a healthy way and just read the free online ebook which is great to know that I don't need to get pills to fasten weight loss and its all about food and exercise which is great cos its not like I'm made out of money to be buying extra pills to pop to speeden up the process. So I am going to sort out my food from tomorrow because thats where I'm lacking. Anyway, I might use this to track my weight. And if user BUILT ever stumbles across my post, please reply if poss.
