I've been in the gym for about two years and I seem to be getting nowhere and it's REALLY ticking me off! I used some gear a couple of years ago and was amazed at the out come in my increse in strength but not my body! I have piss poor eating habits and I'm at my whits end on supplements and at the fact that none of them I have bought work! Hopefully I'll gain some insite from being on this forum and be educated on how to transform myself.

You'll learn the importance of using food properly.
Although you aren't a 'beginner', read the link in my signature on Getting Started, and hopefully you'll find some useful information in there. Specifically, notice the part about tracking your diet. Feel free to make yourself a thread in the Diet/Nutrition section, and we'll be able to help you out better in there.
