Hi there.
I`m a newbie from South Africa, but not to boybuilding. Have competed nationaly as a light heavy weight and have one some as well as lost some! Still training somewhat, although not seriously. Lost that inner fire a while ago.Looking forward to chatting with you. |

The photos are almost 2 years old, don`t have anything recent.
Arms are now 53cm, have gained approx 6kg`s (excluding the fat) of muscle since then. Now weight 116 with 17 % bodyfat. Will try and take some photos and post them! |
