I'm new to the fourm and i'm looking forward to some good advice on nutrition and training.I'm 51 and I know that the days of muscle growth are all but gone for me,but I do know that I can be the best I can be with I'v got to work with.I'm looking forward to fine tuning this machine of a body and keep it in tip top shape.
