Newbie - Dont know where Im at!!

Hey guys, let me start by saying - really great site you've got here!!! great info & advice, have been reading and puttin into practice what I have read before daring to join!!!

From the UK - Hope nobody holds that aginst me - but all our sites and magazines are taloired for people that are already where they want to be if you know what I mean?

Going to try and keep this as short as poss as dont want to waste anyone's time.

Started lifting 6 weeks ago, 130 pounds wet through (uk phearse!! sorry) with 14.5 percent body fat. - Goal to get BIG

Got a decent warm up sorted, 3 mins rowing, then working the body parts at 3 dummy sets per excersise. I have to do a full body routine every other day, with an en extra rest day at the weekend as I have a young kid and the Mrs kicks off if im in the gym too long!!! (although she's lovin the effects now!!)

I've been consuming about 5000 calories a day (1500 from each suplement shake I take - carb & Protein, one before, 1 after training) with a consistent 140 grams of protein a day- 6 weeks later I am now 158 pounds & 16% body fat, feeeling great and looking considerably bigger.

Resistance training consits of a mixture of free weights, pulleys, and machines but training for about 2 hours a time, benching 50, curling/bicpes with 16s.

I feel stronger and look bigger but my muscles are not defined. my chest and arms look massively bigger, but you cant see my muscles, and my ab area - although cant see them at all, does not look like i've got a big gut. - After reading other articles on the site - feel like I need to start cutting as really want my muscles to show - but really dont want to go anywhere back towards where I was before I started as used to have a bit of a skinny complex and it feels so good to have some meat on my bones!!

Any diet/training ideas would be massively appreaciated!!! - Need to stay big!!
