New guy here!
Hi everyone,
Thanks for having me in your forum. I am a 43 year old male from Wisconsin and it is true, we love our beer and brats. So much so that I am about 20 pounds over weight (5'8" tall - 180 pounds) and am looking to trim some fat this winter in preparations for the spring. Recently I have downloaded "Burn the Fat, feed the Muscle" and read the first chapter on goals which was very good. Has anyone read this eBook and does anyone have any advice on how to start WHILE reading the book? I am afraid it will take a couple weeks to read and I do not want to start and re-start again. Thanks for any suggestions! Jake |
