hey guys name is Jason Newman from Sacramento Ca going to CSUS for nutrition and business administration, 1 more year!
been training since 15 now 23 first few years for sports only, last 3 years have been Bodybuilding directed! i love to talk nutrition, sports, videogames(modernwarfare2 on tues!!!) andpretty much anything lookforward to contributing info for everyone to learn as we grow!!!  |
