I read part of the rules and realize I'm a rookie, I do not know what macros etc. are. I will be researching all of this soon. I joined this forum to hopefully gain some insight into transforming my body for life. I just wanted to introduce myself formally.
About me: I'm 30 yrs old, I have a wife and 3 kids and have really let myself go over the last 5 years and am just now starting on my transformation. Step 1 is simply eating healthier. Step 2 will be started soon which is my workouts.
I've been trying to read the burn the fat newsletters I've been getting which I'll admit hasn't been that often until now. I find them to be very interesting to say the least. I have personally tried many of the retarded fad crash diets like the ones described in the newsletter and realized that what is being said in them makes all the sense in the world.
Haven't had much time to sift through all that much in this forum as of yet but will get around to it.
