    hey guys and girls,
    newbie to this forum, quick history w/o rambling.
    worked in fitness industry from 96' to 07' as trainer fitness dir. and nutrition counselor. HAD nsca-cpt, former BB competitor.....

    over the past 6 yrs married twice 3 kids, and about 20% bodyfat added to my body alot from the beer! been back to gym for about 1 wk and havn't had alcohol since dec 4th.

    current stats
    ht- 5'7"
    wt-212
    bf-30%ish

    thats about it hope to be a participating member of this forum.
