Hey what's up just wanted to introduce myself. I am 32 years old 5'10, 176 lbs and 10% bf. I have been training consistently since about age 17 but have been off the last 1 1/2 years due to a rotator cuff surgery and most recently acl surgery. I have got my diet back in check and started lifting 5 days a week with 3 days of cardio. Looking forward to getting back to 185 at 6%. Looking forward to talking to you guys as I know there is a wealth of knowledge and training expertise here on this board and what seem to be a bunch of really good guys. Thanks.
