    Eager to learn and develop

I'm not new but I have not posted much. I've been working out at a gym for about 16 months now. I go through stages where I'll hit the gym up about 3 times a week. Then I'll go through a stage where I'll miss a couple weeks before I start back consistently again. I'd say since September I've been pretty good at going 2-3 times a week.

I want to do better though. I'm in my late 20's and I'm rather short for a guy. I'm about 5'6'' and I weight approximately 155 lbs. When people look at me they see a short guy with built.

I've set a goal to develop a 6 pack before the end of the summer. I've already cut out my lunch snacks. I used to always eat a little debbie. Instead I now eat a small cup of apple sauce.

I'm really interested on learning what I can do to develop a 6 pack.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
