    Cool lose weight and build muscle

    Hi everyone I haven't started my weight loss body building yet. I'll tell u a little about myself I'm 58 yrs. old I've had tripple bypass surgery and I weight 295 lbs. I would like to weight about 175 to 180 lbs of muscle . Is tha possible, and how long will it take to get there?

    First: Yes, I believe this is possible. Depends on your dedication and timeframe though. It will not happen over night, but you can certainly get there (at least close to that area).

    Considering your bypasses, you should definitely start slow. Don't exagerate and stick to basic rules and you can achieve your goals. This forum + members will help you for sure

    Welcome. Check the link in my signature on getting started. Like mentioned above I'd start slow and put the emphasis on getting your diet in order first.
