Hello to all my name is Martin i am 30 years old i live in Los Angeles CA. I am 6' 220 pounds and have been lifting for about 5 years.
I am currently on a 2week liver care preload for a Tri Methyl X cycle i will be starting.

Whats the liver care plan? I've had kidney problems before. I had too much creatine in my blood. My biggest area of concern is keeping hydrated and not having any more organ failures.
