
I'm new here but i'm looking forward to great advice. I used to work out off and on for the past 3 years but recently (about 4 months) starting working out on a daily basis. I workout about 1hr on weights and 1/2 on cardio.
I try and hit a body part a day. I also drink a protein shake 1 1/2 before my work out and drink a scoop of cellmass after my workout.
My question is:
How do a get the max results? should I drink the protein shake after my workout?
Should I try and hit two body parts a workout? seems like i'm doing 4 or 5 of the same target excercise and I might be getting the best results.
