    New to Forum.

    My name is David. I am in the Army and am deploying to the hotbox this summer. I joined so I can form a work out plan, diet and supplement intake before I go. I am aiming for some bulking but mostly cut and strength with mass being my last priority.

    I am 6ft 220lbs apx 25% bodyfat.

    Id like to let you guys know what Im doing right now. Im sure Im way off just from the few hours I spent reading the forum. I've been leaning out mostly till now and lost 14 pounds in the last 6 weeks. While I feel much better but Im concerned that Im missing something and as I get more into shape I wont know how to adjust.

    My weekly workout consist generally of one 5.5 mile run. Half an hour of sprints. An hour of intense single track mountain biking or a few hours of wide trail biking. I goto the gym a few times a week where I warm up with 20 minutes of heartrate control stationary bike. Inclined situps till failure and then mostly nautilis machines for lats, pecks, triceps and deltoids.

    Diet is focused mostly on raw foods. I eat fruit, an egg and peanuts for breakfast. Muscle milk after works out. Lean ground turkey and vegetables for dinner. I also add in cottage cheese to meals. I eat pasta and a some bread once a day aswell and adjust portions and meal times to work out. I snack on high fiber granola/rice bars throughout the day when I cant space meals out right.

    By my accounts Im around 1800 calories a day average and its very protein heavy. I avoid sugars more so then anything else and complex carbs second. I cheat my diet by having a burger right after work out generally so dieting doesnt get oppressive. Having to give up beer has been oppressive enough.

    Suppliment research is what really got me looking at the forum.

    I sip redline 7hour energy in small portions of about 1/5th a bottle a day. Generally I only end up drinking 2 a week and use them as boosters.

    Before Runs and biking I take 1/2 dose of anodrox.

    Before the Gym
    1/2 dose Anadrox 2pills
    1/2 dose Gakic 4pills
    Sarm X Full dose 1 pills
    T-Bomb II 2/3 dose 2 Pills

    I always stretch eat and take pills timed out before exercises. I take the fast actors last and split doses up so I can avoid nausea and give my body extra water as needed before I even start.

    Anyhow I have to adjust my schedule to the weather and long work days. When I deploy I will be on a regular routine and be confined to a gym environment. Thats why have joined the site. Please wave any flags on my routine, thats what I am here for.
