
Like i said i am 27/m been in the gym for about a year now trying to gain some serious mass and size. I have tried different stacks by muscle tech mainly the mass stack which included LEUKIC, GAKIC, and CREAKIC. I got some ok results i guesss but not exactly the results i am looking for. I am in the gym 5 days a week, I alot of high wieght low reps routine. Iam 5' 6" 162lbs my goal is to wiegh 185-190 maybe a lil more and to be ripped as hell. Ill get back to you guys with my diet.
