    my diet

    Ok, first right now i am taking amplified mass xxx whey protein twice a day with whole milk, twice a day between lunch and dinner i eat a 30 gram protien bar. At lunch i eat two 8 ounce cans of tuna in water. Usually for dinnne i eat chicken breast or turkey breast different ways. I also eat alot of sushi and white rice. Daily calories are round 2800-3000 200-210 grams of protien 300 grams carbs oh yeah i am also taking no-shotgun well thats it guys hopefully yall can help! thanxs

    my goals

    i am 27/m been in the gym for about a year now trying to gain some serious mass and size. I have tried different stacks by muscle tech mainly the mass stack which included LEUKIC, GAKIC, and CREAKIC. I got some ok results i guesss but not exactly the results i am looking for. I am in the gym 5 days a week, I alot of high wieght low reps routine. Iam 5' 6" 162lbs my goal is to wiegh 185-190 maybe a lil more and to be ripped as hell. Ill get back to you guys with my diet. THANKS
