HI Guy's!!! .
I go of the Name "DANISH VIKING"
I'm 38 Years, 179 Cm High, and my Wight is 90,5 kg (199,1 Lbs).
Bf% about 18% +-
I have Train'd A lot earlier in my life,for about 10 Years on/off.
But Now I'm back at it,and my Goal is: to "Re"Compose some Fat-
into Muscles.
Ps. I'm Diabetic Type 1 ,take 22iU(Slin) evry Evning (*the Slow 24 H kind).
*Here in Scandinavia (Denmark) its Call'd "Resulatard"
So my Diet is to eat 6 small meals A day, High in Protein,Good in Fibers,-
and Low on Fat. and werry well balanc'd Carbs. (Or else i Go stone Cold)
I have Read and Study'ed A Lot on PH's & DS. the past Years.-
But have not done more than 2 Cycles.
No.1 were "Pro Stanozol"
No.2 Was "Pro Stanozol" and "Slin*" (*Fast Acting Kind).
Hope for A good Time Here on the "Board/Forum".
Are Ready to Learn A Lot, by Reading and suck inn all the Good Info,-
I can come Around Here.
And Will also Help by giving the Best Advise and Info, i Can in Return.
