hi, i joined this site threw word of mouth, an from what ive seen in the last 20 minutes, it definatley seems like the site for me. i want to know how to gain weight in muscle mass, my body type is endomorph an im looking for help in what to eat, how much to eat, when to eat etc. i am a beginner an i am looking for expert advice on what kinda of full body workouts i can do as a beginner fill out. i currently weigh 138 an am aiming for 160 to 165 lbs if anyone has information on how to help me out, hit me back.

Before you post any questions you should check out the stickies in the "training" and "diet and nutrition" section. Stickies are at the top and will say "sticky". They're basically really important forum threads with essential information, and they're always there at the top on the first page.
