    My diet

I'm on a low carbohydrate and high protein diet taking in less than 55 grams of carbs a day and as much protein as I can. I've lost about 8 pounds since I started this diet a month and a half ago. It would be 14 pounds but during spring break I gained 6 pounds back when I went off the diet since I ate a massive amount of shitty foods and didn't workout at all.

As you can see this is a pretty good diet and I personally enjoy all the foods I am eating (meats, fish, cheese, nuts, peanut butter, and tiny amounts of yogurt and breads) but the hard part is the drinks. Now water is a good thirst quencher but doesn't go well all these foods, and gets old after awhile. So I use crystal light packages. They come in many flavors and taste good.

Sometimes I have cravings for junk foods, fast foods, grains, milk, gatorade, soda, and other high carb products, like most people do on diets. So I always have a pack of gum in my pocket, and seeds in my house/car because you chewing gum, if it still tastes, you don't want to spit it out if it's not done. I'd recommend Stride or 5 Gum since they last the longest. Now sunflower seeds are great to because they make a ton of flavors which satisfy craving and have about 5-9 grams of protein per serving.

Just thought I'd share this with some people who may be seeking to lose weight and/or gain muscle since it's worked out pretty great for me.
