^Six months to a year, easy. Perhaps less depending on how you respond to the weights. At your age, I made significant changes to my physique in that period of time.

Wait for more responses, but my two cents? You're 19. All you'd need to do is get in the gym on a three- or four-day split routine and lay off the Coke and junk food. Maybe not even that.

Certainly hit the weights. See the text written by Built (link to that content in post #3 of this thread) and follow her recommendations.

That guy's a soccer player? Follow his example. Get outside and play a bit of soccer or pick-up basketball. You have a good structure to begin with, 6'1" and 180, now put it to work.

You think 5-6 day split routine is to much for a beginner?

I want to follow Arnold routine for beginners, and that's what he suggests.

I dont drink coke but i drink 2 liters of juice each day.I know it has a lot of sugar,so i should probably switch to regular water.

And to what weight approximately i should bulk?

    Welcome Mredkin!
Why do you need to bulk up to achieve that look?
Like Robert said diet and weights.
Thats a fitness model look and they dont bulk up...

When i compare myself to him, it's hard to believe that i can have similar body as his.I'm 15 pounds heavier than him,but i dont have muscle mass. That's why i thought that i need to bulk up first and than work on cutting fat.
