
hi, im a 19 year old male im weight training 3-4 times a week and have a balanced diet cycling ethyl ester creatine. i am interested in taking other supplements and have done a lot of research but just cant seem what to decide on taking. ive looked into x-factor, is this any good, or is there anything else out there? would be grateful for any responses
