I am 5'7" and 155lbs of nothingness and could use some help from the community
Hey guys I have so many questions I do not know where to start. Let me start by saying that I am a beginner. My goal is to gain some muscle but I don't need to get huge. I only weigh 155 lbs. I have not done a cycle but am really ready to start. I have Deca (inject able) but do not have any PCT. I read that I should do 6 weeks of deca at 200mg/week. 100 on Monday and the other 100 on Thursday. Then I read that I would NOT need a PCT on one site then another said that I should use some Clomid. To start PCT wait 2 weeks than start with 300mg day one, 200mg day two, 100 day 3, 100 day 4, and 50 and 50 respectively. Then I read that I should also use Noval. Which had no dosages....ughh!
Also, what supplements should I take? And what about eating? Should I increase my protein intake?
