    Introduction

    hey I am new to the site. Just checking in. Used to do private security work. Also owned an appliance delivery company. Getting pretty interested in returning to security work. I am 38 years old and I need to keep up with 21 year olds who have current training. I have to admit I've been mostly a couch potato for the past 2 years. Just spent about 4 months in the gym. A lot of treadmill work I am 5'10" have weighed as much as 400 pounds average 260. I have not been loosing weight but dropping clothing sizes. Which is a lot of my goal.

    I have only been able to do pull ups when I was doing Androheat and out of my mind.

    I would like to be able to do the required pull ups and runs.

    I have also met the most incredible woman in the world who thinks I am training still.

    Cool Michael William Andersen - Introduction

    I work out at the Gold's Gym in Long Beach, California. My best bench is 415, best squat 600 and best deadlift is 565.
