Hello everyone and how are you? My name is InterestedParty and I am in fact an interested party when it comes to the use and effects of different suppliments and work out cycles and also in theoretical use of steroids. I am a retired 24 year old male looking for ways to gain strength and lean muscle, most of all I am interested in cutting as I have always been a large man and would love very much to thin out especially if I could retain my strength. I am 5'9 and weigh a hefty 255 lbs., though I did start the gym about 8 months ago and was 308 lbs. when I started. I got a boxer's fracture in my right hand where the fifth metacarpal meets the joint just at a month ago and before that I had gotten my free weight bench press up to 335 lbs. Keep in mind this weight was only lifted once and usually keep my bench maximum at 315 lbs. five times. I fear I have lost much strength as when I broke my hand I felt so shitty watching my workout partners lifting it kept me from going as often as I was to a total of maybe 5 or 6 times this month. Tomarrow I intend on starting back to the gym 5 days a week and trying to rid myself of this extra weight. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it.
